Returns Policy

PrivateTimes.co.uk wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

No refunds or exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address. 1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
5. Items that are not in sealed packaging are non refundable and non exchangeable.
6. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging.
